Lancet is a two time winner of the award, presented by The Business Journal.
The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has selected 35 Twin Cities companies as the 2005 Great Places to Work.
Companies were chosen for the list based on surveys completed by employees on topics such as the work environment and people practices. To be considered for the list, companies had to be Twin Cities-based with 10 or more employees, or have at least 1,500 employees in the state of Minnesota.
